Ōme-Okutama sightseeing and revitalization executive committee and Meisei University(明星大学) work together to make use of local students for this revitalization.

- Local shops asked students majored in art and design at Meisei University for drawing cinema boards.
- Students got shops' images and atmosphere from shop owners, then looked for suitable cinemas, at last drew a perfect scene on boards.
- More than 50 years cinemas were chosen in principle in view of copyright.
- From an interview to students, they didn't just draw the movie scenes precisely. They would like to express shop owners' requests and themselves by adding eye catching spice.
